2 developer positions available

I am looking to fill two developer positions. One immediately and one in the new year.

PHP / Database developer
I am looking for a full time PHP developer to work on assorted client driven projects and a couple of web applications to be built in house.
The chosen candidate will work alongside the design team and the planned future flash developer. They must value the importance of usability, valid xhtml and css and be able to produce it.

Knowledge of flash is not needed but they will need to learn how flash and php communicate.

Knowledge of javascript is desirable but time will be given to the selected candidate to research and learn it.

Knowledge of design not needed.

The candidate must have a love of what they do and be able to produce clean and lean code.

And finally they need to be nice and easy to share a small office with.

Salary range of this position is €25 – 30,000 pa.
Profit sharing kicks in after a 6 month probation period.

The position will be based in the studio beside the train station in Drogheda but the opportunity to work from home on selected days is available.

References will be needed as well as some sample code that will be reviewed.

Flash actionscript developer
I am looking for a full time macromedia flash developer to work on assorted client driven projects and an application to be built in house. This position will become available in the new year.
The chosen candidate will work alongside the design team and PHP developer.
The main project will involve developing a complex flash application which will interact with database, desktop and web.
