This is just a short about section where you can describe yourself and your site. You'll want to keep it fairly long because there are some layout issues that arise if the area is below a certain width.

I gave a talk at the Netimperative Digital Roadshow in Dublin yesterday. The topic was:

How to engage a two-way conversation
How to ensure the ultimate user experience

And of course I had to mention that there are some great tools available to businesses to encourage and engage in the conversation and go check out IGOPeople.
